Chris was tiered. He was out of his element once again, or perhaps he was right back in his element. He had only just arrived at this place to day, already he felt like the years of being in a city had ruined his lungs....the smoking probably helped, but the air was fresh here. Not as fresh as it was back in Lanark, but it came pretty damn close. When they had finished processing him all the classes were done for the day, and everybody had gone off to do there own thing. So he just found a nice place to sit a play. He was sitting under the tree of this “fine” establishment strumming away at his electric guitar plugged in to a pocket amp. He had his eyes closed, his fingers knowing the way to move on there own to get optimum sound. The volume wasn’t set tow high, fairly low actually, he didn’t want to attract to much attention to himself. He sighed. This would be his home for a while. He would have to get used to the horses again, they just brought back so many memory’s of his old farm. in due time. he figured as he kept on playing his tune, the music starting to block out the world like it always dose.

Natalia had been roaming around the places, granted she was supposed to be at her own school, but she had decided to skip today. Not like her mother would care. She was always drawn to Willow Brooke, could be because of what happened to her. However she never spoke a word on it. She never told anyone what was going on. She came close to telling someone. However she stopped herself. She stopped because she didn’t want someone to know. She wanted to harbor the feelings that she had. She wanted to keep herself closed.
She loved the horses at Willow Brooke. She loved going riding. She loved being there. It was clear what she wanted to do.
She could see the tree, could see the guy underneath and could hear the music playing. Which she was immediately drawn to as well. Because of the music. She didn’t say anything. All she did was just listen inattentively and quietly.
She would wait for him to speak to her. She wasn't one to push, prod or try to get information out of anyone. Though she would sit and enjoy the music for a while. It was a change instead of her boring life.

As he played he sunk deeper and deeper in to his song, going inside himself letting the world around him just fade. Through the volume didn’t change the song seemed to get louder, his head rocking in tune. Eyes closed with behind his sunglasses, he couldn’t see anything, not even the pink of the light hitting his eyelids. He didn’t need to look at his fret board his hands knew the way, his song was mellow at the moment, but later on it got really intense. But it was a long song, so he had time. His leg was very sore today, so he was using the cane. He didn’t mind the cane, he actually liked using the cane, but the pain was bad, not worth the cane. He was still losing himself when he felt something on his hand. He looked down, never missing a beat, and saw a dragon fly trying to land on his hand. He laughed slightly and looked up, only now noticing the girl standing there. he was slightly surprised and he stopped playing immediately feeling the dragon fly land on his hand. “Oh....Hello, Sorry, my music wasn’t bothering you, was it?”

Natalia tried to smile, even tried to force herself to smile. It never seemed to work for the most part. She was too amused by the music to really care that she had totally walked in on someone's music. When he spoke Natalia shook her head. "No I love your music, don't stop on the account of me here." She said as she looked at him. "Please continue." Music was one way to calm her mind. She had one of those constantly active minds that seemed to continue to go and go and go.
She glanced at him hoping he would continue. She didn't notice the cane that was in his hand. She didn't notice it because she really wasn't looking. She didn't think it was her place to say anything. "Don't stop, really please play, its fine it wasn't bugging me. In fact I can leave if you don't want me to listen." She told him. She wanted him to be be encouraged to play. Not fearing that she might get angry at him and run the other way. Or perhaps he thought she would judge him. Nope again, Natalia felt like that wasn't her place.

“Love's a strong word darlen.” he said softly, letting his country accent shine through. That dragon fly on his fretting hand was holding on strongly. “But it's ok, your welcome to stay.” he had a feeling that every thing here was going to be slightly over the top, 'I Am perfect, I did nothing wrong I dont need to be here.' to 'life sucks, I dont want to rider horse's, if you try to force me I will kill myself.' he hoped to god he wouldn’t become like that. Oh well, this girl claiming to love his music wasn’t so bad, at least he she wasn’t screaming at him to stop, Chris wondered if she even knew what song he was playing. It was green grass and High Tides For Ever by the Outlaws. A big long 9 minuet beast of a song that kicked free bids ass in difficulty. “So whatchya in for?” Chris asked. “I'm Chris By the way.”
